Wrekavoc is an heterogeneity emulator. In the context of the evaluation of distributed applications and systems, experimenters use it to define the heterogeneity of a given platform (typically a cluster) by degrading CPU, network or memory capabilities of each node composing the platform. Wrekavoc is freely available, and runs on Linux.
